How do I reset my GATOR email password?

To reset your email password, you will need to use the GATORMail Password Reset Tool on this page:https://www.northshorecollege.edu/webmail. Your GATORmail address is YourLoLAUsername@my.northshorecollege.edu (example: Traxgator@my.northshorecollege.edu). Your username on the reset tool is your LoLA username. You will follow the prompts in the reset tool. Once you have reset your password, please allow 5 minutes for the reset to register and then you can access your email account by clicking the "GATORMAIL by Office 365" cloud on the webmail page.
